With over 43 years experience in the design, manufacture and assembly of high quality precision engineered tooling and equipment, we offer our customers hands on technical expertise and flexibility at all stages of manufacture.
This ensures that we consistently meet and exceed our customers’ expectations to deliver quality precision engineering solutions across a variety of industries, specialising in the aerospace, automotive and machine tool sectors. Our expertise includes the design and manufacture of rigs and fixtures for fuel testing on high performance engines, CAD Modelling and Design, CNC machining, Wire and Spark erosion, Assembly and Dis-assembly operations, Fabrication and Welding.

Precision Machine Tooling
KG Washford designs, manufactures and assembles high quality precision engineered tooling and equipment. We are seasoned specialists in the design and manufacture of hydro-mechanical rigs and fixtures for testing the fuel system components on aircraft engines. We also manufacture high quality precision machined components for both our own Test and Control rigs and for the customised tooling we supply to the Aerospace, Automotive, Machine Tool, General Engineering and Manufacturing industries.
